Dear Delegates

 

It is with much deliberation and prayerful consideration that the Kingdom Invasion Conference Organising Team would like to announce the CANCELLATION of the KI2020 Conference from March 17-20 in Singapore.

 

This comes in view of the COVID-19 outbreak in this part of the world. As of Feb 7, the Singapore Government has stepped up the risk assessment level, also known as the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) to Orange. Included in this health advisory is for event organisers to either cancel or defer non-essential large-scale events to a later date.

 

Our delegates’ and volunteers’ well-being and safety are of utmost importance to us. As the situation is currently still very much uncertain, we felt this was the best call to make at this point.

 

CONFERENCE FEE REFUND DETAILS

In light of this cancellation, the Kingdom Invasion Committee will give a FULL REFUND to all who have signed up and paid for the conference fee.

 

Payment by CREDIT CARD

Delegates who have paid by CREDIT CARD will have their refund credited to their account within two billing cycles from today. The conference pass will be invalidated and no other action is needed from the registrant.

 

Payment by CASH/CHEQUE

Delegates who have paid by CASH/CHEQUE will be contacted directly by our KI Conference Office within the next two weeks on a refund arrangement. Again, no action is required from your end.

 

Delegates who have booked airline tickets and hotel stays in preparation for their visit to Singapore are advised to approach their respective airlines or hotels to request for a refund. In the event that a refund is not possible, we recommend that you request an open ticket for your bookings and consider a trip here at a later date.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to those who have eagerly anticipated the conference. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding in this matter.
